Description

This is a request placed by *Gatekat She wanted me to draw her two horses: Black Storm -the black stallion in the back- and Foraoise -the green overo blanket mare in the front- She wanted them running on a field, so I did just that with a storm brewing above their heads and rain pouring down.

Just thought it'd fit the picture ^^

I am VERY pleased with the outcome, specially with the mare.

Absolutely lovely Ume I really love how both of them came out. I especially love how you handled the shading in Black Storm's mane, tail and eyes and the lightning effect on his body came out lovely. I love the way that you handled Foraoise's coat, the patterning came out lovely especially the green patching and the main and tail. I wonder if the appaloosa spots should have looked softer around the edges, but that type of spotting might have a sharp contrast though too. The rain effect in the background came out well. And I like the texture of the clouds.
